Go buy a book of positive reminders.

Spread out "big cleaning jobs" over the year: fridge; kitchen cupboards; clothes; study; kids rooms etc.

Try to service your body/mind at least once a fortnight in some way: NSR/Sai-K treatment; massage; facial; naturopathy; chiropractic.

Write this in about 20 times and let awareness do it's thing, "How many times in the last week did I have some good intimate loving that stirred my juices up?" (This doesn't have to be sex! a lot of my treatments are like that as are some great conversations with cool people).

Reminders to hug people and touch them when you talk.

Reminders to ring people just to quickly say hello.

Remind yourself to have self time & silence time.

Find out when the full moons are and remind yourself to have a look at it's magnificence. |

Have I been a real jerk lately? Have I been a grumpy bastard or tetchy bitch? Does life need to hurt me more or kick me in the arse more so that I'll just be humble, accept what is and be nice? |
